Staff Meeting/Departmental Board Minutes

Under the terms of the 1973 University charter, the Department established a Departmental Board as the main internal body for departmental business. The Departmental Board discussed a range of issues including: curriculum and syllabus, finance, staffing, student administration, admissions, libraries. Previously similar issues had been staff meetings, which were probably initiated at some point during the 1960s.
