Large format account ledgers, arranged by customer and showing details of sheet music purchased (using Banks' identifiers). Some volumes are indexed, and the volumes themselves are divided by geographical region.

Material is available subject to the usual terms and conditions of access to Archives and Local History collections.

The archives were held at the Banks' Music Room premises on Lendal, York, until transfer to the archive in August 2016.
