This is a record of all stock held as of 30th September each year. Entries include stock in warehouse, dye house, mill, plaiting mill, rope work, shop, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow. Manuscript entries. This volume shows the broad range of goods that the company was manufacturing or stocking. These include: rope; twine; washing lines; chalk lines; fishing lines; thread; tassels; silk; cotton and silk netting; winding sheets; cotton cloth; sash cord; and coffin cords.
