Anthony Clifford Seaton (1928-1993) was born in Southend, Essex, and worked as a commercial artist and salesman. He was married in Cardiff in 1953 and had 3 children, the family later lived in Chepstow and Weston-super-mare. He died at Limassol on Cyprus.
