Administrative / Biographical History

Jennifer Longford, born in 1929, was the only daughter of Frances Stevenson. She was educated at Headington School, Oxford, and Penrhos College, Bakewell, Derbyshire. She enjoyed a close relationship with Lloyd George to whom she invariably referred as 'Taid'. She inherited the papers in this archive from her mother. Jennifer's daughter was Ruth Longford.
