Administrative / Biographical History
Winifred Jessie Roberts was the daughter of John Rice Roberts of Rhiwlas, Pentraeth, Anglesey, who died in 1920. In 1919, she married Frank Mills, the son of Francis Mills of Red Hill, Beaumaris, Anglesey. Frank Mills served as a Lieutanant Colonel in the First World War and was awarded the D.S.O. He died in 1944.
