General correspondence of the Club including membership lists; correspondance with the Royal Holstein Society; arrangements for trade shows; expense claims; hotel bookings; subscribtion list etc. Most years there is correspondence relating to the following annual activities: Annual Dinner and letters concerning requests and donations for seman for the event; Annual Farm Walk; British Holstein Society's Inter Club Judging Competition; Calf Shows; Lists of Approved Judges; Annual Show and Sale of British Holstein cattle; British Holstein Society National Quiz Competition.
