Expressive Arts 5-14: The Scottish Art and Design Collection (incorporating the Collections of National Society for Education in Art and Design Scottish Region and Stuart W MacDonald), Glasgow, Scotland

The collection consists of material from the various educational forums and committees with which Stuart W MacDonald was involved. This includes: Expressive Arts 5-14 scheme 1989-1993.

Expressive Arts 5 -14 was a review and development group set up under the auspices of the Scottish Education Department. There were six of these, and RDG4 was to provide advice on curriculum and assessment in expressive arts, to report in December 1990. Stuart W. MacDonald was a member of RDG 4.

Stuart W MacDonald was the Senior Advisor for the Strathclyde Region Educational Development Service . Part of his role as senior advisor was to sit on various educational committees and forums including the Consultative Committee on the Curriculum Item Bank - an art projects resource bank for schools.
