Devises a burgage and dwelling houses in Clwyd Street in the town of Ruthin, co. Denb., to his son, John Lloyd, a m. called Cae'r Havod and parcels of land in t. Skeibion and a m. called Pen y Bonk, t. Bachymbyd, [p. Llanynys], co. Denb., to the use of his daughter, Catherine Lloyd, for life, with remainder to his son, John Lloyd, and then to his grandson, Robert Lloyd, to be added to his inheritance of Maesannod. Desires that Pen y Bonk should be sold to pay off a mortgage on Cae'r Havod and Pen y Bonk. Among the bequests are books including one called 'Accedence of Armory' and a 'manuscript pettygree Book'.
