LEASE for a term of 15 years of Capital Mansion House called [Rhiw]aedog, and all the demesne and other lands belonging thereto, and other messuages, tenements, lands, and a water[mill] (as in a Lease for a term of 99 years dated 9 February 1770); and all that factory lately erected by William Jones on the said premises, at a rent of £500 per annum. Provisions include a specification that after no more than three successive crops of corn, arable land shallbe sown with clover and grass for at lease three years.
