Administrative / Biographical History
Scottish Hotels Ltd, registered office in Glasgow, Scotland, was incorporated on 31 December 1914 with an initial share capital of GBP 6,000. The company was the proprietor of the "Royal Hotel" in 106 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. Scottish Hotels Ltd went into voluntary liquidation in 1964. No more is known about the company's history to date.
