The file comprises legal papers, correspondence and associated documents concerning a dispute in The High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, between John Graham Bourne, of Bourne Leisure Caravan Parks (Greenacres) Limited, and Griffith Cadwaladr Thomas, with his wife Maggie Jane Thomas, of Coedllyn, Treflys, over the title to land called Ty Newydd at Morfa Bychan in Caernarvonshire. The papers include three black and white photographs of the area in question and a photostat copy of a notice of determination of development value on the land, 1953.
