Daily entries; commences with list of addresses in Israel; inside back cover contains notes of appointments and addresses in New York and facing are notes for the musical "Solomon and Sheba". Occasional monthly "resumen" entries include financial calculations and pithy summations such as "What a month!" (January). Inserted between the pages for 25-26 and 27-28 May are: note headed "From the desk of Sam Spiegel" containing ms address for Professor A.W. Lawrence; and a newspaper cutting of a letter, under the heading 'Pen and Gown', written by Graves and concerning the teaching of contemporary English literature.
