The industrial activities of Thos W Ward Limited included a shipbreaking yard at Giant's Grave, Briton Ferry, on the river Neath. From its opening in 1906 to closure in 1979, 291 vessels were dismantled there. The works below were published to celebrate anniversaries of the firm.
