Administrative / Biographical History

At the Annual Council meeting of NUSEC [National Union of Societies for Equal Citizenship] in Mar 1932, it was agreed to divide the work of the Union between two separate organisations - the National Council for Equal Citizenship and the National Union of Guilds for Citizenship (Townswomen's Guilds).
