Licentiate diploma certificate and certificate in midwifery, both awarded to William Graham by the Faculty of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow on 6th June 1853.

Administrative / Biographical History

Dr William Levenford Villa Graham became a Licentiate of the Faculty of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 1853, and a Fellow in 1866. He was also a Member of the Glasgow Medico-Chirurgical Society. Spending most of his career living and working in Dumbarton, he held posts as Parochial Medical Officer and Public Vaccinator for Cardross, Surgeon to Moor’s Trust, Surgeon to the Dumbarton Combination Poorhouse, and Medical Insepctor of Recruits for Dumbarton & District.
