Scope and Content

Devises to his eldest son Thomas Matthews a new dwelling-house lately erected on part of the farm of Bwlchhafodygog, together with the closes of land upon which the house is build, and to his youngest son Edward Matthews, all the m., tmt and lands called Bwlchhafodygog (except the small close of land with the house built thereupon devised to Thomas Matthews). Further bequests to relatives. Copy.
