Neath Abbey Comforts Fund. Neath Abbey Comforts Fund was created at a public meeting held on 10 April 1940, and a committee, the minutes of which are listed below, was immediately formed. The purpose of the Fund was to send comforts etc to all the persons from the parish who were serving in H M Forces. The final distribution took place on 8 January 1946.
