Papers: Joseph Richard Hughes, Holyhead.

Joseph Richard Hughes was born in Holyhead on 2nd October 1892. His parents were Joseph Hughes mariner and Elizabeth Williams. They married on 1st Sep. 1885 at Bethel Chapel, Edmund Street. Joseph lived at 39, Stanley Street and was 31 years of age. His father John Hughes, sawyer was deceased at the time of the wedding. Elizabeth was 26 when she married, the daughter of William Williams, fireman of 5, Mill Bank.
