The collection consists of original material or copies gathered by the Society as pertinent to the history of Llandudno. It also includes records of the Society itself and a book collection.
The Society had taken responsibility for arranging and listing the collection prior to its deposit in the Archive and this arrangement has, by and large, been respected. However not all the items listed were found in the collection and, on occasion in the interests of ease of access by researchers, the original arrangement has been modified.
