COPY WILL of Rev. John Roberts of Rhiwlas, rector of Llansadwrn, co. Anglesey. He devises the farm and lands called Pentretraeth Pa. Llanfaelog to his wife Catherine Roberts for her life and afterwards it is to be sold and the proceeds equally divided among his children including the children of his deceased son Owen Roberts. He devises the farm called Clegirgwynion, pa. Llandrygan to his wife for her life and afterwards to his son John Rice Roberts subject to a charge of £2500 to be paid to his five daughters. He devises his lease hold house and lands called Rhiwlas and his household furniture, his stock and agricultural equipment to his wife (provided she remains unmarried) and his daughter Agnes. He gives his shares to various railway companies to his daughters. He gives 19gns to his servant Ellis Williams. The residue of his estate is to be shared between his children and his son John Rice Roberts is appointed executor. Copy was made in 1902 and pencil note indicates testator died 1880.
