Records that the first Llandudno Post Office was opened in October 1838 at Greenhill, 18 Old Road, with Mrs Ann Jones appointed Receiver of a Penny Post from Conwy. In the 1850s and 1860s the Llandudno Post Office was situated on the corner of North Parade and Mostyn Street, with the Postmaster being William Powell. By 1874 the Postmaster was Benjamin Woodcock. Includes sale particulars of plant and machinery of the Rhos Limestone Quarry, 16 June 1862.
