York and Acomb Brickworks Ltd was formed in 1923 through the amalgamation of St Nicholas Brickworks on Bull Lane and Acomb Brickworks on Gale Lane in York. The company went into liquidation in 1962.

The archive was gifted to the Borthwick Institute in 2005.
