Florence MacCunn’s reminiscences of Alexander

This subgroup contains a small accession of material which came to the John Rylands University Library in 1975: it includes a manuscript reminiscence of Alexander written by Mrs Florence MacCunn and entitled ‘Recollections of our friend Professor Samuel Alexander written for my daughter Mary Poldores Thomson’(ALEX/E/1); some notes by Ursula Bickersteth made in 1975 on MacCunn and her friendship with Alexander (ALEX/E/2); and an offprint of the British Academy Memoir written by John Laird (ALEX/E/3).
