R.'), Congregational minister, of Conway, for the exemption of Dissenting ministers from the payment of tolls for crossing Conway Bridge. They include holograph letters of John Prout, Holyhead, 1861, and D. Howell, Machynlleth, 1883, An Act for vesting in Commissioners the Line of Road from Shrewsbury . . . to Bangor Ferry . . ., 1819 and An Act to vest Conway Bridge in Commissioners. . ., 1878.
