Valuation Memoranda Books: Dawson's Estate Agents (Doncaster)

These volumes contain working valuations made by the firm from 1882 to 1980. The great majority of these are of tenant right. Early entries are coded, using the words SNUG TRADE to replace the numbers 1 to 9. There are 1,039 volumes, all stamped with their number on the front cover. The last volume ends in May 1980. There are three registers to these volumes which list their contents in date order, giving place, name of landlord, outgoing tenant and outgoing tenants' valuer and incoming tenant and incoming tenants' valuer.
