ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT (Copy) to abide by the terms of an Award to be made by Richard Jones of Garthmelan-Bach, p. Dolgelley, road surveyor, and Hugh Jones of Dinas Mawddwy, appointed arbitrator, in the matter of disputes regarding the right of Evan Lloyd to deposit rubbish and stones, and erect buildings and wallsin the garden of the house in occupation of John Jones; and BOND in the mutual sums of £50 for the Observation and Performance of the said Award.
