Papers of Frank H. Cleaver, 1924-1985, mainly accounts, including personal, family and household expenses, 1924-1985; expenses for his work in Argentina, 1929-1931; and summaries of accounts, 1949-1968.

Frank H. Cleaver (fl. 1924-1985), of Pontardawe, Glamorgan, worked in the field of education for over forty years. He was educated at University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, and Cambridge University. Between 1929 and 1931, he taught in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From c. 1957 until 1965, he was Her Majesty's Inspector of Schools in Wales.

Arranged into the following: University expenses; Buenos Aires expenses; Personal, family, and household expenses; summaries of accounts; children's expenses; and travelling expenses.

Permission of the donor is required to consult the family and household accounts, 1976-1985. Readers consulting modern papers in the National Library of Wales are required to sign the 'Modern papers - data protection' form.
