Scope and Content

Easington is a small village to the south-east of Oxfordshire, not far from Watlington. In 1853 it was united with Cuxham, and then these parishes were further united with Ewelme and Brightwell Baldwin in 1985.

The few records of Easington were originally deposited with the Bodleian Library in 1981. An Appendix gives a concordance of old and new references.

Recatalogued in April 1996 by Robin Darwall-Smith.
