Nanlleidiog in the commote of Penllyn called y ty newydd, y dryllie hirrion, dryll eiogn' gogh and y dryllie bychen with all other the lands and tmt's of D'd, ap M'd ap Jenn' ap Jn' from the river called Kolvddyn on the one side unto the river called beloch and from beloch to Dolgarnedd and from Dolgarnedd to Koluddyn, awarded to Hugh Vychan, together with a summer house and his part of the commons and a common high way for his cattle to pass and repass upon the other side of the river koluddyn towards the mountain; and touching the mansion house of D'd ap M'edyth ap Jenn' ap Jno with all lands of the said D'd ap M'd from the river called koluddyn unto the top of the mountains of that side the said river except where is named aforesaid to the said Hugh Vychan. awarded to John ap Ll'n ap 'D'd ap M'd.
