above. 21 Albert Street and 36 Cardigan

Street later became one property, known

as the Bakers Arms. Thomas James Markham

acquired the Cardigan Street properties

by Deed of Partition in 1868. 41

Cardigan Street was sold by the Trustees

of the Thomas James Markham Will Trust
