This series contains correspondence and other material concerning the events of 1929, which resulted in Nancy Nicholson and Geoffrey Phibbs becoming lovers, Laura Riding falling from a window at 35A St Peter's Square, Hammersmith, and the beginning of a legal case between Phibbs and Riding for the return of a number of books.
