Feoffment by William Place, gentleman, Nicholas Spakman of London, haberdasher, William Warde of London, gentleman, to Robert Tatton of Wythenshawe, esq., of the chantry of Bowdon with all its appurtenances, the lands called Moston Hey, and messuages, lands, etc. in Altrincham, Oldfield within Dunham Massey, Mollington, Northenden, Kenworthy, Blomley and Sale and other lands belonging to the said chantry.
