Scope and Content

The Typographical Association was formed in 1848 as a trade union for typographers. In 1964 they merged with the London Typographical Society to form the National Graphical Association. Records of the Banbury Branch can be found at O222.

The records were deposited as Acc 5432 in August 2005 and as part of Acc 5532 in May 2006. Catalogued by Alison Smith in August 2021.
