Scope and Content

Heythrop is a village to the north-west of Oxfordshire, very near Chipping Norton. Since 1964, the parish has been united with that of Enstone.

All the following records were originally deposited with the Bodleian Library in 1973, except for PAR133/1/ R3/3 and PAR133/1/R5/1, which were deposited in July 1997 as part of Acc 4259 in July 1997. Acc 1058 was deposited in January 1973 and originally catalogued as Misc Heythrop. Further records were deposited as Acc 5768 in September 2008 and as Acc 6394 in September 2015. An Appendix provides a concordance of old and new references.

Catalogued by Robin Darwall-Smith in August 1997, with additions in October 2008 by Hannah Jones and in May 2009 and January 2016 by Alison Smith.
