Scope and Content

Warlord Contract Carpets Limited was formed out of the carpet manufacturing division of Early's. It was incorporated in September 1990 and began trading on 1st October 1990, supplying and distributing carpets and carpet tiles. A controlling interest was sold to Peter Griffiths (Stanley Mills) Ltd in April 1992.
