Rev. Thomas Griffith Roberts (1793-1852) was the son of Thomas Roberts, headmaster of Ruthin School, and Eleanor his wife, and he was successively vicar of Llanbeblig, and rector of Llanaber, Dolgellau and Llanrwst.
