M.P. for the County of Flint, born 23 Jan. 1830, died May 1861, the first Chairman of the Llandudno Board of Commissioners 1854-1856 and 1857-1861. He married Henrietta Augusta Nevill, second daughter of the Earl of Abergavenny who died at Gloddaeth in January 1912.
