Scope and Content

Holy Trinity Girls and Infants Schools were located in Blackfriars Road and were repaired in 1890 and 1895. Under a general reorganisation of schools in South Oxford in 1910 the junior premises became the Girls' School for the whole district and the infant school was demolished for a playground. In 1927 the school became Holy Trinity Junior Mixed school. The school closed in 1950 with the pupils being transferred to St Ebbes Infants School (please see S200/3 for records of this school).

The records were deposited as Acc 6571 in May 2017. Further records were deposited as part of Acc 6783 in August 2019. Catalogued by Alison Smith in August 2018 with additions in April 2022.
