[Rev.] Thomas Edwards, Aber Rectory to Prof. White giving his opinion on the exchange of land and the compromise suggested. The exchange was not of his making and he does not feel that he ought to be called upon to contribute anything. He has already spent money on improvements to the rectory, but as the college authorities do not appear willing to complete the work to his satisfaction or that of the tenant, and as he feels he did not pay sufficient attention to the specification before the work was begun, he reluctantly accepts the compromise suggested by Prof. White.
