The furniture includes washstands, towel rail, chests of drawers, wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside cabinets and free standing mirrors. The photographs are stamped with the studio mark of Dennis Moss, Cirencester. According to the "Ernest Gimson and the Arts and Crafts Movement in Leicester" website, Gimson never made a catalogue or advertised with a leaflet. Instead he had these photographs taken to be sent to potential clients, with instructions for their return.
