Comprised of a map of Cunghordy Demesne in the parish of Llanvair y Brin, --- belonging to William Gwynne, Esq. Surveyed by John Davies, 1768; and a map of Chynordy Estate in the parish of Llanfairary bryn. Surveyor: William Goode, 1828.

Cynghordy estate, Llanfair ar y bryn is located 4 1/2 miles to the north east of Llandovery. It was the home of the Gwynn family until 1769. Thereafter it passed through several hands until it became the residence of G.V. Lloyd, Vice Lieutenant of Carms.
