Material collected by Derek Hodgson in the course of his interests and book research.
Derek Hodgson is a well-known Cricket writer, sports journalist and historian. He is also former president of the Cricket Writer's club. Furthermore, Derek wrote 'the Carnegie Official history of Yorkshire County Cricket Club', published in 2009.
He was born in Morley, Leeds. He is a fan and member of Yorkshire County Cricket Club since 1948. He also follows Manchester United and Liverpool Football clubs, on which he has also written books.
