Records of the Provincial Association

This sub-group consists of the records of the Bolton Association as a whole, as distinct from the records of each branch. The position of Bolton branch records is explained in BCS2/1; as Bolton province and Bolton branch were virtually inseparable in administrative terms, there is inevitably an over-lapping of records, although the functions of each were distinct. Minutes of the Association's Executive Council and of the General Representative Meetings have been filed in BCS2/1/1.
