R. A. Williams (Goodwick) Papers,

The papers relate mainly to R. A. Williams's period of active service, including his certificate of service, 1934-1945, programmes of services, concerts etc., 1941-1944, medical notes, 1941, and various miscellanea.

Robert Arthur Williams, Goodwick, spent a period as a prisoner of war in Stalag VIIIB after he was imprisoned by the Germans in Crete in 1941. He enlisted with the Welch Regiment at Swansea in 1934, was discharged in 1945, and then registered disabled due to his war wounds.
