The Taylor and Duggan families owned lands in Evenjobb in the parishes of Old Radnor and Presteigne, Radnorshire. The family included Thomas Duggan Edwards (died c. 1894) of Rowley, Presteigne, and Thomas Duggan Stephens (died c. 1903) of Ackhill, Presteigne. By 1983 the family's lands were part of Upper Rowley Farm.
