Signed at the foot by Penfold and Brown, and with red wax seals adjacent. The text notes that included was the Water Mill, Engine House, Coal House, "...machinery, steam engine, tackle & running gear there..." The term of the lease is noted as being from March 25th 1871 for 14 years. Approx. 740x635mm.
