the tenants agree to pay Richard Mytton the acoustomed mise, whether it be £66-13-4d or £33-6-8d., at his entry into the said-manor; and £100 for the assurances contained in the Articles. The tenants recognise Richard Mytton's right to certain forests and waste ground [specified], and his right to all strays, goods and cattle of felons and fugitives, and herists; and agree to pay £40p.a., in addition to other payments specified. Richard Mytton covenants to levy a fine to his own use in Fee Simple of the said-manor, to create estates in Fee Tail to the various tenants, to be held in free and common Socage and not in Capite or by Knights' Service; and, at the cost of the tenants, to convey to them all lands now held in Fee Simple or by Copyhold Tenure, and all inclosed wastes; and various provisions for the enforcement of these arangements.
