Letter: Frances Williams (Philadelphia, previously of Cowbridge) to her aunt (? Mrs. Annie L. Gwynne of Swansea)

She expresses her concern that she has not heard from her family for a long time and fears that someone may be ill. She mentions her cousin Ann Gwynne who is in Boston.
