Lady Mary Charlotte Howard was elder daughter of Henry Charles Howard, 13th Duke of Norfolk (1791-1856). She was born on 13 December 1822. She married on 16 July 1849 Thomas Henry Foley, 4th Baron Foley (of Kidderminster) (1808-1869). She died on 8 April 1897. They had two children, both of whom succeeded in turn as Lord Foley.
